•Account: A unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
•Content: Any data, text, graphics, images, audio, video, or other material uploaded, posted, or displayed by You on or through the Service.
•Google API Services: Any services provided by Google that Review Habit integrates with, including but not limited to Google Business Profile APIs.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Service Description
Review Habit provides a platform designed to help businesses manage and improve their online reputation, primarily through facilitating the collection and management of Google reviews. Our Service may include features such as:
•Sending review requests to customers.
•Monitoring new Google reviews.
•Assisting with responding to reviews.
•Analytics and reporting related to your Google Business Profile.
4. User Obligations
As a user of Review Habit, you agree to:
•Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
•Comply with Google's Terms of Service and all applicable Google policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Business Profile policies.
•Ensure that all review requests sent through our Service are legitimate and directed to actual customers who have genuinely used your services or purchased your products.
•Not engage in any activity that manipulates or attempts to manipulate Google review ratings or content, including but not limited to incentivizing fake reviews, posting reviews for non-existent services, or harassing customers to leave reviews.
•Obtain all necessary consents from your customers before sending them review requests or collecting their data through our Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
•In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
•For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
•To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
•To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Review Habit, a Review Habit employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
•In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
•To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Review Habit or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Review Habit and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Review Habit.
7. Payment Terms
•Billing: You will be billed on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as specified during the subscription process.
•Automatic Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it or Review Habit cancels it.
•Fee Changes: Review Habit, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the Service. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
8. Disclaimers
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Review Habit does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Review Habit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Review Habit and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
